These terms set out the relationship between you and UnifyBrowse Studio when you use the website or any of the extensions. They’re short. They’re plain. Read them once.

Using UnifyBrowse

By creating an account or installing any of our extensions, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Free & Pro plans

Extensions offer a free tier and an optional Pro tier. Pro is available either as a one-time lifetime license — a single payment, no subscription, with all future Pro updates included — or as a recurring subscription, billed on the cycle shown at checkout. Refunds are available within 30 days of your first purchase, no questions asked. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, which handles applicable taxes for your jurisdiction.

Subscription plans

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard — access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, with no further charges after that. We’ll give advance notice of any price change to an active subscription before it takes effect.

What “lifetime” means

“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the product, not the natural life of the purchaser. A lifetime license grants Pro access for as long as the extension is actively operated and maintained, with no recurring fees and all future Pro updates included. If we ever discontinue the product, we will give at least 60 days’ notice, stop new sales immediately, and — where technically feasible — issue refunds for recent purchases and/or release a final build that no longer depends on our servers, so the tool keeps working.

Third-party content & copyright

Our extensions are tools for users to organize and manage media they have the legal right to access. You are solely responsible for respecting copyright, intellectual property rights, and the terms of service of any third-party platform you interact with through our extensions. The studio does not host, store, or distribute any third-party media. If you believe content has been used in violation of your rights, please reach out via the contact form with a takedown notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the extensions to infringe copyright, circumvent technical protection measures, violate any law, or breach the terms of service of a third-party platform. The studio reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour, and to revoke license keys used in bad faith.

Intellectual property

The extensions, website, and all related software remain the property of UnifyBrowse Studio. A Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features on up to 5 devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or share license keys.

Changes to the service

The studio may update extensions, pricing, or these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with a “last updated” date, and significant changes are announced through in-extension notifications. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Liability & warranty

The extensions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use, except where required by applicable consumer law. We will, however, do our best to fix things when they break.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UnifyBrowse Studio is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
